Filippo Andreatta (Rovereto, IT, 1981) graduated in Architecture from Politecnico di Milano (BA) and in Performing and Visual Arts at IUAV University of Venice (MA). His artistic research drives behind the realm of Theatre and, in 2008, he has established OHT [Office for a Human Theatre] bringing on stage Delirious New York, the cult book of contemporary architecture by Rem Koolhaas.
OHT and Filippo Andreatta have been honoured with awards for artistic excellence, including UBU prize nomination for best Set-up (2018), OPER.A 20.21 Fringe (2017), twice Movin’Up award for young artists (2016 and 2017) and Nuove Sensibilità for young theatre directors (2008). Furthermore, he has been lecturing in universities and museums including, among the others, Politecnico di Milano, NABA New academy of Visual Arts Milan, Cattolica University, MART museum and University of Genoa. Since 2015, he co-curates the International festival of Centrale Fies in Italy.
It took him just 35 years to realise that azzurro is his favourite colour.
